We publish a median only when a brand has at least 15 active listings. That threshold is met by Casio and Citizen. Every other brand appears in smaller numbers, so we show their actual asking price ranges instead of a central tendency.
Casio has 48 active listings on WatchBazar. Citizen has 22. Both samples exceed our 15-listing threshold, which means the median is statistically sound. Half of all Casio listings sit between Rs 14,000 and Rs 24,000. Half of all Citizen listings sit between Rs 40,000 and Rs 55,000.
For Armani, Bigotti, and Tissot, each brand has 6 active listings. This is too small to calculate a reliable median, so we show the observed range instead. As more listings arrive, these ranges will sharpen into medians.
Citizen costs 2.7 times the Casio median. This gap reflects three things: brand heritage (Citizen is Swiss-Japanese with nearly a century of watchmaking), movement quality (Citizen listings skew toward automatics; Casio toward quartz), and case materials (Citizen listings tend toward solid gold or higher-grade stainless).
The smaller brands do not have enough listings yet to establish a market position on WatchBazar. Armani, Bigotti, and Tissot will develop medians as inventory grows.
Casio pulls the most views because it has the most listings (48) and the lowest entry price (Rs 9,000). Higher views per brand reflects market breadth, not market preference.
Citizen, with 22 listings, pulls the second-largest volume of views. Higher-priced brands like Tissot pull fewer total views because fewer people shop in that segment, even though per-listing engagement may be strong.
Half of discounted listings show 20% or more off the original price, and 88 of 99 total listings carry a discount of some size. This applies across all brands. Sellers price in room to move.
Casio at Rs 17,750 sits 29% below the catalogue median of Rs 25,000. Casio is the entry-to-mid tier brand. Citizen at Rs 48,500 sits 94% above the catalogue median. Citizen is the upper-mid tier.

We take every active, approved listing on WatchBazar and sort by brand. We compute the median asking price for brands with at least 15 listings. For brands with fewer than 15 listings, we report the observed minimum and maximum asking price.
Asking price means what the seller lists, not a completed sale price. We include every listing in the calculation, whether or not it carries a discount.
